Nicki received her OTR degree from the University of Kansas. After being a full time mom to 3 kids she returned to her professional career at Craig Hospital in Denver Colorado. During her 11 years at Craig she worked with SCI and TBI inpatients and outpatients. It was in that special environment where she learned about wheelchairs and all the innovative technology that exists for wheelchair users. She has brought that interest for helping others facing disabilities to the Life Wheels On Team. 

During her free time she enjoys spending time with her 3 kids, husband and dogs. Her biggest love is exploring the world and traveling domestically and internationally with her family. She also enjoys the 4 beautiful seasons of fun in Colorado and what it has to offer.
