Amy Zurcher

Amy is an Indiana native who has been practicing Physical Therapy for over a decade. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine in 2012 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. For the better part of her career, Amy was a travel PT. She used this opportunity as a means to explore the US, meanwhile diversifying her skill set and collaborating with healthcare providers with varying practice approaches. Her work in a variety of settings allowed Amy to see clients across a continuum of demographics from neonate to centenarian with a broad range of diagnoses and unique treatment needs.

Amy’s commitment to helping others achieve improved function, quality of life, and independence led her to her work with Life Wheels On in hopes of contributing to her community in a meaningful way.

When she’s not seeing clients, Amy can be found adventuring in the beautiful mountains of Colorado and beyond. She also enjoys attending live productions of music, theater, sports, and comedy, exploring Denver’s culinary scene (or making a disaster of her own kitchen), and curling up next to the fire with a good book or board game.
